  My visit was terrible. The cashier didn't know what she was doing. She didn't take my discount off the first order. When I ordered the second order she still didn't know what she was doing because she kept asking what to do. When I picked the second order they gave me the drink and asked what I was waiting for, and I told them I was waiting for my order. They didn't have it made they were making someone else order.

  I frequent this Panera due to convenience. My experience with the staff is very mixed, with some employees going out of their way to be pleasant and helpful, while others are very unfriendly and even act superior than the customers. Disappointing compared to the high quality of service that you expect from Panera.
