  My mother got treated very well in that facility I give the facility 3 starts because. I do not like that nurse Crystal she is weird and needs to encourage cnas and not treat them like trash. If she needs to address something she needs to address it with discretion and professionaly. On vary occasions I seen her yelling and I could hear her from my mother’s room. She is very unprofessional and management needs to do something about it. She also complains all the time about her job. Other than that the other nurses and cnas are pretty good.
