  Great experience at this Verizon store! We had looked for an actual Verizon Store (not an authorized retailer) and found that this store had only two stars, but this was the only real Verizon store in the area. While talking to a technician, we discovered that the two stars were 'earned' three years prior under different management. A new manager, Paul, was brought in and he basically got rid of all the old employees and replaced them with a brand new staff who understood the reason and necessity of good customer service. We would not hesitate recommending this store to anyone.
