    I went here to get a part for my Golf R. I walked in and asked the only guy around where to go, and he sent me on my way. As I walked I asked him if they had any Rs on the lot, and the guy didn't know what an R even was. He was wearing a VW shirt.

    I went over to the parts place, no one was around. I rang the bell twice, literally saw no one. I waited a bit, then just left. It was the craziest experience. Place felt abandoned. Had me wondering if they were all in the back getting robbed.

    Maybe this is a one-off experience, but definitely had me wondering about quality of staff/training. Not sure I'd trust anything complicated out of them.

    Still though, 3 stars for being a beautiful facility.
