  This place brings the love of crossfit to people of all ages. I was really inspired by the GEM (Girls Empowered by Movement) program. This gym is the first gym I have ever seen that helps the young women in the community be better and become fit and active at a young age. This gym is the representation of a community. The owner Daniel is welcoming, encouraging and dedicated to making sure you have the best experience. I would recommend this to anyone. Clean and friendly. Complete 10/10.
